During holidays and busy periods it may take a little longer before your package is delivered. We will of course do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

Not fully satisfied? You can return your items within 14 days to the warehouse for a refund. Please make sure you go through the return process as described below. Please note that the merchandise should not be used and needs to be in the original packaging. Once it is received and inspected by our distribution centre your refund will be processed. 

Put the article(s) you would like to return in the original package. Put enough stamps on it to send it to the Netherlands:

Returning your order is at your own expense. Keep the track and trace code of your package. We advise you to send the package by registered post. Unfortunately POM can't be responsible for lost packages.
