Returns

At POM Amsterdam, we value your satisfaction with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have the option to return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn and undamaged. Please package the items in the original packaging with the attached hangtags.

Costs for returning with one of our carriers:

• Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: starting from €3.95
• Other EU countries (excluding Switzerland, Monaco, and United Kingdom): starting from €4.95
• Countries outside the EU + Switzerland, Monaco, and United Kingdom: The return costs are at your expense via a carrier of your choice. Please remember to register your return via the return portal!

Exchange process

Would you like to exchange an item? Then you won't pay any return shipping costs. An exchange works as follows:

1. Report your return via the returns portal, follow the steps and indicate which item you want to exchange.
2. If the items are in stock, we will send you an order confirmation with a payment link.
3. After payment of your new order, the items will be shipped promptly. You will also receive a confirmation of the return request and a return label to send your return to our warehouse free of charge.
4. Your return will be refunded as soon as it has been processed in our warehouse. Please note! This can take up to 10 working days after receipt.
